The Council is managed by an Executive Committee elected by member companies.
Member companies of the Car Rental Council of Ireland are committed to providing a high quality customer service and to responding to complaints in a courteous and efficient manner. The objective of the Council is to promote policies that ensure customers of member companies have a positive experience when renting a vehicle in Ireland. Member companies are committed to providing vehicles that are in a safe and roadworthy condition and as a minimum are maintained in accordance with manufacturers servicing requirements. To avoid misunderstandings, it is always wise to check your rental agreement which provides vehicle details, what you have agreed to pay and the duration of your rental.
