Motability Ireland has been providing transportation solutions to disabled drivers and passengers for more than 50 years. They’ve recently launched a dramatic new product which enables disabled tourists to visit Ireland via a fleet of adapted wheelchair accessible vehicles and cars. Irish Citizens who are without the use of their converted vehicle due to repairs can also rent adapted vehicles by the day, week, or month.
The company’s fleet contains cars fitted with hand controls, automatic transmissions, swivel seats and left foot accelerators. The cars are new or nearly new and kept in meticulous condition.
The company also maintains a fleet of wheelchair accessible vehicles with complete lowered floor conversion and light weight ramps which enable the wheelchair used to easily enter the vehicle and be safely secured.
